Questions about coverage (FAQ)

Do you have accommodation in each province?
Our network covers most of the key industrial regions (Zuid-Holland, Noord-Holland, Brabant, Gelderland, Limburg). For non-standard locations, we are able to acquire bespoke property with a long-term contract.
Can I rent houses in two different cities on one contract?
Yes. We sign a framework cooperation agreement and the individual houses are annexes to this agreement. You receive one summary invoice, which makes accounting much easier.
Is the standard of housing the same throughout the Netherlands?
Yes, we take care to standardise. Whether it's Rotterdam or Eindhoven, our houses are fully equipped (kitchens, white goods, single beds) and are SNF-certified.
