For over a decade, we have specialized in providing housing services for large industrial projects in the Netherlands. Team Strength and Development

Although the company is run by a three-person management team that personally oversees every contract, our structure is much more than that. Polsolide is growing fast—every month, we're adding to our operations, technical, and administrative teams to keep up with the growing number of locations we serve. We don't follow a template, and our relationships are based on real commitment.

Catherine is responsible for what is most important for the comfort of the residents - technical efficiency and complete facilities. She manages the process of preparing the property for rental, ensuring that each accommodation meets POLSOLIDE's rigorous standards.

Equipment management (Inventory)

  • Final verification of the premises before handing over the keys (“ready to move in”).
