This allows us to offer a higher standard of service and to treat each client individually. You rent a specific house with us, under the wing of one company that takes care of everything.

Contract for min. 6 months: Guaranteed availability of premises.
1-2 months' notice: Flexibility, but with security for both parties.
Deposit (Deposit): Standard 1 month's rent. Appears on the first invoice (tax-free). Refundable up to 14 days after the end of the contract.
Individual pricing: We do not have a "table price". Each house is different, with a different standard and location. We price a specific address for a specific number of people.

FAQ - Rules of cooperation

Why do you require a contract of min. 6 months?

The focus is on quality and relationships. Short stays (Short Stay) generate chaos and rapid wear and tear on the premises. Long term allows us to maintain a higher standard of homes and a better price for the customer.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, the deposit (1 month) is fully refundable. It is refunded within 14 days of the end of the contract and the return of the premises in an undamaged condition.

Can I rotate employees?

Yes. The contract is per company and per house. You decide who lives in it. You can exchange employees within the available beds, provided you report the details to the administration.
