SNF standards and safety
In the Netherlands, the rental of housing for temporary workers is strictly regulated. The property must meet standards SNF (Stichting Normering Flexwonen).
When we take your property under management, we make sure that it meets all the requirements: from fire safety (fire extinguishers, detectors), to appropriate equipment and square footage per person. We carry out regular audits, so you can be sure that your property is being used in accordance with the law.
