What does an engineer expect after 10 hours of work?

The "As at Home" standard - Privacy and Accountability

Our premium units are dedicated to 1, 2 or a maximum of 3 people. Each tenant is guaranteed own lockable room. It's an absolute essential for people who still need to write emails, prepare reports or simply relax in silence after work.

Cleaning support

We respect the privacy of our residents and therefore treat these premises as their temporary home. We expect tenants to care for the property entrusted to them as if it were their own. We do not impose a daily housekeeping service that invades privacy.

However, as part of our service, we carry out regular monthly condition checks. If necessary, or at the customer's request, we organise professional cleaning service, which restores the premises to perfect condition, relieving busy managers of domestic duties.

Work-Life Balance under contract

We know that separation from family is the most difficult part of working abroad. That is why our staff houses often have additional guest room. This allows the manager to invite his wife and children for a weekend or holiday without worrying about booking an expensive hotel.

This approach builds employee loyalty. An engineer who can spend a weekend with his or her family in the comfort of the Netherlands is more motivated and more likely to extend the contract.
