Ask about permanent cooperation
Lower costs
For annual contracts, we offer preferential rates that are as much as 20-30% lower than short-term rentals.
Sense of Home
The employee has "his own place". He does not have to pack up every weekend. This drastically reduces turnover in the team.
Priority in Booking
With a housing shortage, our regular contract customers have priority access to vacant units.

Stabilisation in a dynamic property market

The Dutch property market is extremely difficult. The housing shortage means that good offers disappear within 24 hours and short-term prices are very high. For a company with a long contract (construction, production), relying on random accommodation is a risk of losing employees or downtime.

Model Long-term projects in POLSOLIDE is the answer to these challenges. By signing a contract for a minimum of 6 months, you guarantee the availability of your premises. You are assured that your crew has somewhere to sleep, regardless of the tourist season or a sudden increase in market demand.

Speed of response = Key to success

By working with us on a permanent basis, you bypass the tedious process of searching for housing on the open market.

When a new property comes on offer, we inform our regular contract partners in the first instance. This gives you access to an accommodation base that often doesn't even make it into the public announcements. In a reality where "first come, first served" is a huge competitive advantage.

What do you gain with a long-term contract?

We give priority to long-term customers. Our "Long Term" offer is all about security of project continuity:

  • Address guarantee: Your employees don't have to move every month. They have a permanent address, which builds their mental comfort.
  • Retrofitting possible: For annual contracts, we are open to retrofitting the premises to suit the specific needs of your team (e.g. faster internet connection, desks for engineers).
  • Storage: In long-term homes, we often provide garages or storage cells for tools.
  • Permanent neighbourhood composition: You avoid conflicts arising from the constant rotation of strangers in neighbouring rooms.

Short Term vs Long Term - Comparison

Feature Short Stay / Hotel Long Term (Polsolide)
Price High, seasonally variable Low, constant (Flat Rate)
Availability Uncertain, risk of lack of places Contractually guaranteed
Equipment Standard Possibility of personalisation
Storage of belongings Difficult (must be taken away) Can be left for the weekend
Notice period Very short 1-2 months (Stability)

Registration and Formalities

When dealing with foreign companies (posting employees to the Netherlands) and in B2B cooperation, we usually no registration required employees at the address of the accommodation. This simplifies administrative procedures and allows for a faster turnover of staff without the need to visit the municipality (Gemeente).

Of course, all our premises are fully legal and SNF-certified, which is crucial in the event of a labour inspection.

Flexibility within the framework agreement

We understand that "long term" does not mean that the line-up is concreted. We sign a contract for LOCAL, rather than on specific names.

You are free to rotate the employees within your rented house. If a welder comes down to Poland and a fitter arrives in his place - no problem for us.

Where do we offer long-term rental?

Our strategy is based on building a residential base around the key industrial hubs of the Netherlands.

Our main areas of activity are:

  • Rotterdam / Europoort / Maasvlakte: For the shipbuilding, refining and petrochemical industries.
  • Eindhoven / Tilburg / Venlo: For logistics centres and high-tech industries.
  • Amsterdam / Utrecht: For housing and infrastructure development.
  • Eemshaven / Vlissingen: For energy projects (power plants, wind farms).

Questions about permanent cooperation (FAQ)

What is the minimum period for a long-term contract?
By default, we consider contracts of a minimum of 6 months as "long term". This allows us to offer a better price rate and guarantee the availability of the premises.
What is the notice period?
In long-term contracts, we use a standard notice period of one to two months, which gives both parties stability and time to react.
Can I rent a house for engineering staff?
Yes, we have a separate "Premium" offering line for executives. These are higher standard flats and houses with single bedrooms and work desks.
