At POLSOLIDE we currently manage a portfolio of over 60 staff quarters. We specialise in providing services to companies in the industrial sector, whose employees carry out contracts in areas of Botlek, Europoort and Maasvlakte. Our experience shows that a rested employee is a productive employee, which is why we rely on proven housing solutions.

Some 70% of our base are typical Dutch terraced houses, located in quiet neighbourhoods among local residents. This model of accommodation promotes regeneration after work and gives a sense of "normality", in contrast to mass workers' hotels. These houses are adapted as standard for 5 persons (in a 4-6 person arrangement, depending on the size).

Offer to HR and "Pearls" in the portfolio

For executives and engineers, we offer smaller units - flats and flats on the outskirts of towns. The location on the outskirts is key: it provides a quiet environment while avoiding traffic jams in the inner city when commuting to the construction site.

For larger groups looking for a higher standard, we also have on offer detached houses ("gems") that can accommodate 7-8 people, often with private, free parking on the property. However, these are unique offers whose availability is worth verifying in advance.

All our premises are certified SNF (Stichting Normering Flexwonen). We regularly acquire new properties directly from owners, but the process of vetting and bringing them up to SNF standards can take several months. Therefore, the majority of our offer is based on proven, permanent locations.

FAQ - Rental conditions

What is the question of a deposit?
We charge a deposit of one month's rent. The amount of the deposit appears as a separate item on the first invoice and is not subject to VAT. The deposit shall be refunded within 14 days after termination of the contract and handing over the premises intact.
Is parking free?
It depends on the location. For detached houses and smaller towns, parking is often free. In urban areas (e.g. Rotterdam, Schiedam), municipal charges apply. Please always ask about the cost of parking with a specific offer - we can handle the parking fees.
What is the minimum length of the lease?
We prefer long-term cooperation (min. 6 months), but we are flexible. We understand the specifics of construction projects and tailor contracts to the needs of the business client.
